PHYSIOTHERAPY - OSTEOPATHY - MANUAL THERAPY
Marta Sainz
I have been an athlete since I was 6 years old and I have always been interested in the world of sports physiotherapy. When the time came, I decided to start my training as a physiotherapist at the CEU-San Pablo University. I graduated in 2009 and that same year I started studying osteopathy at the School of Osteopathy in Madrid and simultaneously studied the Master of Manual Therapy at the European University of Madrid where I discovered the myofascial system and the need to develop my training in this field.
In 2010 I began to collaborate with the Majadahonda athletics club, working with children from the youngest school children to the most outstanding athletes. A year later I had the opportunity to start working with the Marathon sports group, one of the most prominent national athletics clubs and that same year I began training as an Expert in Assessment and Treatment of the Fascial System at the European University of Madrid.

I honestly believe that the Tensegrity model offers efficient solutions to many different physical problems that can sometimes be difficult to solve. I perceive this because as a highly competitive athlete and after having participated in multiple Spanish Athletics Championships I have been able to experience for myself how this form of physiotherapy has helped me to improve my health and performance during the last years of my sporting life.
